तुलसी

हर घर मैं एक तुलसी की ज़रुरत है 

मंजरी को तो चहुँ और बिखरना ही होगा 

रोपने को प्रेम और विश्वास का पौधा 

मंजरी को तो धरती में रमना ही होगा

बहती हवा के संग

चुरा के कुछ रंग फूलों के चुपके से
कुछ टुकड़े उन टूटे सितारों के लगा कर
फिर निकल पड़ी मैं अपनी चुनरी को सजा कर
हवा के संग बहती , बतियाती- मुस्काती
अपनी ही किसी धुन मैं मगन , मांग के चहक 
थोड़ी सी, उडते पंछियों से उधार। ...

Complete Freedom

Let your body be free from all desires,
false pretence and artificiality.
Let your thoughts be free from egoism,
ignorance and obnoxiousity.
Let your mind be free from all fears ,
mental boundaries and discriminity.
Let your soul stir free from lethargy,
apathy and magnetism of negativity.
And then you celebrate the
COMPLETE FREEDOM
The freedom of your body,
mind and spirit.

कर्मभूमि

एक  नायक आज हमसे  विदा ले चला 

छोड़  चला  अपने पीछे 

अतुलनीय  यादों का  ताना  - बाना 

कौन कर पायेगा 

इन रिक्त  स्थानो की पूर्ती 

कैसी  विचित्र लीला है संसार की 

हर आने वाले  को 

जाना  भी जरूरी  है 

ये जीवन आने  और  जाने  का 

क्या बस, एक अंतहीन सिलसिला  है 

देह  के नष्ट होने  से 

क्यों विचलित  हैं हम 

वो आत्मा जो अमर  है 

जन्म  लेके फिर  आएगी 

कहीं और, किसी नए  रूप में 

तब खड़े होंगे  नए आयाम फिर 

नयी कृतियाँ, नयी स्मृतियाँ 

फिर  स्तंभित होंगी 

जो उन पुराने सन्दर्भों को 

 नया दृष्टिकोण  देंगी 

संसार रुपी  आकाश गंगा  में 

हर आत्मा एक अग्नि पुंज है 

जो विलुप्त  होने से  पहले 

प्रज्वलित कर जाती  है 

कुछ और  नयी दीप  मालाएं 

जैसे  एक वृक्ष सूखने   से पहले 

पिरो जाता  है अनगिनत बीज 

धरती के  आँचल में 

जनम  लेने को नए  पौधें 

फिर  उसी कर्मभूमि में 

मंजरी

Thank you to all who did not  help and  support me 
when I needed  a  companion, 
so that I  gather courage  to do on my own.

Thank  you to all  who did not  give your hand 
to stop me from stumbling to fall , 
so that I collect  strength  to  raise  myself high .

Thank you to all who did not walk beside  me
to travel the uneven roads of  life, 
so that  I enlighten my path to walk alone. 

यात्रा

हर रोज़ नया कुछ सीखती हूँ मैं 
हर रोज़ खुद मैं कुछ ढूढ़ती हूँ मैं 
हर रोज़ खुद को सुधारती हूँ मैं 
हर रोज़ थोड़ा आगे बढ़ती हूँ मैं 
बस यही है  मेरी यात्रा 
मन से अंतर्मन तक 
खुद को पाने की 
खुद को समझने की 
खुद को पूर्ण करने की

Stay away

If I don't accept your flirtuous ways, I am labelled as ,'nakhrewali'.
If I don't fall prey to your tricky love games, I am labelled as ,'chalu'.
If I don't agree to all your whims and fancies ,I am labelled as , 'ziddi'.
If I don't say 'yes' every time and everything you ask me to do, I am labelled as ,'moody'.


If I am frank and broad minded , that doesn't mean I am available.
If I am simple and naive, that doesn't mean you can play with my sentiments.
If I am good looking and smart ,that doesn't mean you can lust after me.
If I am lone and solitary, that doesn't mean you are invited to follow me.


Stay away , if you can't look at me with dignity.
Stay away, if you can't respect my thoughts and ideas.
Stay away, if you can't treat me as fellow human being.
Stay away, if your ego bites you to see me succeed independently.
Stay away, if you can't accept me as a woman, a human being just like you.
