एक छोटी सी दुआ भेजने के लिए
खड़ी हूँ आतुर, हथेली से दिल को बांधे
किसी जाने वाले दूत की राह तकते
लेकिन बेढब हैं आज हवाओं के रुख
निष्ठुर, बेखौफ , विपरीत दिशा मैं
चल पड़ी , मेरी विनती की अवहेलना कर

मेरे संगी साथी ,हर बात के भागी
मौन खड़े हैं ये पेड़, ये पौधे

रात के पहर आज साया भी विभाजित
